The Emotional Courage Group Program is your entry point into the Brave method. It is a structured group experience designed to help you stay present when things feel hard, regulate your nervous system in real time, and reduce the patterns of self-criticism and avoidance that pull you out of your life. This is a supported community container, lighter than 1:1 work, but still powerful, practical, and deeply transformative when you actively participate.

This is for you if

  • you know what you want to say, but don’t say it

  • you overthink instead of acting

  • you stay composed instead of being honest and getting messy

  • you open up…then pull back or second-guess and doubt yourself

  • you’ve done personal development work, but still find yourself repeating the same patterns in real life situations

And:

  • you don’t want more theory (although we’ll cover a bit of that to ease the curious over thinkers in the group)

  • you want to experience yourself differently in real life (lots of that)

How This Program Works

  • 10 weekly live group sessions

  • On Sunday (days may change with prior notice): 75-minute live group sessions (Google Meet)

  • small, intentional group (to keep it personal and active)

  • guided somatic exercises

  • structured relational practice (non-violent communication, conscious relating methods, relational polarity)

  • weekly real-life challenges

Between sessions:

  • simple integration prompts

  • optional reflection

  • space to bring real situations into the next session

  • Brave group chat (WhatsApp) to share insights and stay connected

  • No 1 :1 mentorship/ this is a group experience exclusively.

What to Expect over the 10 Week Program

This is a 10 Week practice in not backing out unconsciously from things that you consciously say you want.

Think of the relationship you say you want, or the career you say you dream of, or simply the peace of mind you wish you had…That’s the goal.

Each week, you’ll practice staying with yourself a little more closely across the emotional states that usually make you shut down, overthink, or pull away from actually getting the things you really want.

Every session includes:

  • somatic work: learning to recognize and stay with what happens in your body

  • relational practice: practicing honesty and presence with others in the group/ in your life

  • weekly challenges: applying this directly in your real life

This is a practice-based program.

This group program encourages you to somatically work through your patterns, in real time.
